8:28 PM

My Amazing People!!!
I'm back with another recipe.

I know I claim all my recipes are simple, but this one is TRULY SIMPLE.

I call this "Nigerian-Inspired Tuna Salad Sandwich"

I first found out about Tuna Salad when I came to the US. It was among the first things I was able to eat with ease. It has become one of my favorites.
If you are Nigerian, you must know Titus Sardine. So, this recipe is Tuna Salad with that Nigerian twist.

Enjoy

For this recipe, you will need:

1) 1 small onions

2) 1 sweet pepper

3) 1 hot/chilli pepper (optional)
